Returning something sounds simple until it’s not in perfect condition anymore or you don’t have everything it came with. That’s when you realize the policy isn’t as flexible as you thought. People asking about sam club return policy are usually trying to figure out exactly that line, where the item is not a disaster but also not a perfect return either. In my experience, the stress comes less from the item itself and more from how much explaining the process turns into.
