When I first launch Firefox (in Windows 11 Pro), the Ultramon buttons are shifted to the right and overlap the standard windows maximize and close buttons, however as soon as I change the Firefox window (move, re-size, etc) the Ultramon buttons self-correct their position and stay corrected as long as Firefox is running. The problem is repeatable if I close Firefox and relaunch it.
I already have a custom setting in Ultramon for Firefox using force window buttons (otherwise the Ultramon buttons don't appear at all), but the overlap problem isn't corrected with that. I also tried 'use alternative method' with no joy. If I use 'Custom button spacing', the buttons are shifted to the left with that setting (as expected), but their position is still shifted to the right when Firefox is launched, and then corrected with the first window movement or resize action.
I've seen this issue ongoing with progressive versions of Firefox and versions of Windows 11, but it is not a problem in any other applications.
Current versions: Ultramon 3.4.1 (with 2022-08-12 patch applied) Firefox 140.0.4 (no extensions or themes installed) Windows 11 Pro 24H2 build 26100.4652 HP Elite SFF 600 G9 Desktop, Intel i7-12700, 16GB RAM

I'm seeing that as well, but custom button spacing does fix the issue for me for the first Firefox instance, the only problem is that as soon as you move it or launch a second instance, the buttons are then too far to the left.
One other workaround would be to always leave a Firefox instance open, apart from that I'm not aware of a better solution.
