I like your product, and will buy it if we can solve this problem. I have problems with some programs (Quickbooks Pro among them) with secondary screens opening with the top half off the screen. I can't execute the commands that I opened the window for, nor can I close the window, as the buttons are not onscreen.
I am running Windows Me (sorry, that's what the machine came with).
I did have the resolution of my 2 monitors set differently, however they are now set to the same resolution and the problem hasn't gone away.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
CJC

Does this only happen if UltraMon is running?
If it's not an UltraMon issue, try the following: select the window, press ALT+SPACE, press M, then use the cursor keys to move the window back onto the desktop. Press ENTER to finish the move operation.
Usually the application will store the window position when you close it, so you shouldn't have the problem again the next time you use it.

I removed UltraMon, rebooted, and the popup reappeared in the center of the screen. I didn't have the problem prior to using UltraMon.
I will purchase UltraMon and try your work-around if it happens again.

Let me know if it happens again. If the application has a trial version, I'll give it a try on my system (QuickBooks unfortunately doesn't have one).
