as i'm not the only one using multimon with different monitors (brand, model) i was wondering if someone got an easy solution to the gamma/color difference problem. my current setup doesn't offer gamma settings for the secondary(s) trough its drivers. Is there an easy way to adjust each monitor's gamma etc settings individually? Maybe with custom ICM monitor profiles? I have have also looked into Adobe's Gamma Control (comes with PhotoShop and some other Adobe apps) but I was unable to adjust anything but the primary.

Colorific from http://www.ecolor.com seems to be able to create custom monitor profiles. Unfortunately they don't have a trial version available.

Let me know if you find a way to create custom profiles, I would be interested in this as well.

Yes, I've looked into editors for ICM as well. I found around 5 editors or firms that create costum profiles but neither were free :(

What i just found out (too dumb to look into it before) is that the Adobe Gamma thing creates icm files that you can load in windows' "color management" display tab. I haven't seen any effect except on the primary yet, but you can create different profiles and load them on a specific monitor later on.

Also try moving the Adobe gamma setup window (not the wizard) to secondary monitors... you'll see the settings chaning for that specific monitor.

I have only Photoshop LE, looks like it doesn't have this feature.

I'm currently experimenting with setting gamma settings programmatically, so far I managed to give my secondary monitors a nice blue tint...
If I come up with something useful, it will certainly be part of a future version of UltraMon.

Sounds great. Just having sliders for red/green/blue and brightness(gamma_all) would be a great feature i think. most multi-mon systems i've seen were pretty odd when showing an image over several monitors.
