We've been trialing UltraMon beta 6 on several XP Pro machines here for a couple of weeks. Great package but... all the installations seem to have the same problem. After a period of time UltraMon will 'forget' it's shortcut key settings. The only way to get them working again is to quit UltraMon and reload it.
Is this a known bug? Is there a fix?

Haven't noticed this so far, if you go to Options > Hotkeys, are the key bindings still assigned, or is everything set to None?

The bindings are still there yes. Even clicking on OK to set the bindings again has no effect. (on any of our XP machines)

Did you notice if it happens after starting a specific application, after a screen saver has run or any other event?
Regarding the Options dialog: if you don't change the key binding, UltraMon won't re-register the hotkey.

There's no screen savers running here, but it is possible that a certain application is causing problems. I'll keep an eye on what I load and when UltraMon loses it's key bindings and get back to you.
