I may be totally off my rocker here, but didn't the previous version of Ultramon have a feature in the shortcuts whereas I could set individual color depths (i.e. 256 colors, 32 bit....) per application, much like you can set a compatibility mode in XP?
I'm running a win2k machine and I have one application that will only run in 256 colors and another that will only run in 32bit and both are used pretty frequently, so having a shortcut for the settings to change whenever it is opened would be optimum.
I could have sworn this was in the trial version I installed months ago, but like I said, I could be imagining it!

The feature is still there, select Shortcuts > Edit from the UltraMon menu to create the shortcut.

See UltraMon Shortcuts for more information.

That's what I thought too, but on the line that offers me options to change with the drop down menus, I get Monitor1, the next box with drop downs allows me to change screen resolutions, but the next to boxes' drop down menus contain absolutely no options...just blank.
I am using a Radeon Ve DDR as one giant desktop stretched over 2 screens on a Win2k machine. Any ideas?

Make sure you have selected a screen resolution first, you can't set the color depth without choosing a screen resolution.

BTW, most features of UltraMon won't work with the Radeon VE on Win2000, due to the lack of true multi-monitor support.
