I can not seem to get my windows to stay where I put them. I know this program should do it but I just must be doing something wrong.

UltraMon can only position the application's main window, child/popup windows can't be positioned via UltraMon.
To set this up, right-click the application's shortcut, select Properties from the menu, then select the UltraMon - Window tab and configure the settings as desired.
