If I have a screensaver running normally in Win XP it will look fine on either primary or secondary but not both - when I have two OpenGL screensavers running simultaneously - the secondary one will slow way down and run frame-by-frame- where the primary runs fine.
If i run Screensaver Player in the primary monitor it runs fine - but frame-by-frame (sloow) in the secondary.
I have a GeForce 2 7700 MX w/Twinview Is this likely a card limiation (driver-related) or a monitor setting?

Could be a problem with OpenGL hardware acceleration, or maybe two screen savers running simply use too much CPU, you can check CPU utilization with Task Manager.
To check if you have OpenGL hardware acceleration, try the Really Slick screen savers, they will only run on displays with hardware acceleration.
