I have a slate Tablet PC and as a second monitor a 24" widescreen LCD monitor with a native resolution of 1920x1200. I am trying to mirror my slate, but the image is only as big as my slate and does not fill the whole monitor. Is there any way to have the mirror of the slate fill all the space of my 24" monitor?

UltraMon can upscale the mirrored image, but performance and image quality will probably be quite bad.
To set this up, select the native resolution of the monitor under mirroring settings, by default UltraMon will use the same resolution for both monitors during mirroring.

Another solution might be to configure the monitor to do the upscaling, I'm not sure though if all monitors have this feature.
