UltraMon 2.7.1 (2.7.1.0) Windows XP Pro SP3
According to this forum thread UltraMon scripts can be debugged. How do I debug a script? I looked in the UM help file and googled.

Sounds like the script can't get executed, maybe you have some security software installed which prevents scripts from running.
To run a script in your debugger, run the following command:
wscript //X <script>
