I have a compaq 8710w with an Nvidia Quadro FX 1600M. With NVidia Control Panel v 1.4.11.02
When starting manually, it seems to work fine. However, on boot, the following occurs:

Do you have the window buttons, menu commands and dragging of maximized windows option disabled?
