im running Ultramon 3.0.2 on a T61 Thinkpad with a second monitor via docking station.
Each time my system starts up it looks fine until it reaches ultramon in the boot order. then the monitors swap all settings. they trade relative position, resolution settings, icon placement(also affecting the save icon location feature).
They do not appear trade respective wallpapers unless the laptop is actually undocked, at which point it will show all these problems and more. The worst is that it will maintain its setting at secondary monitor (which it is set to each startup no matter what i have tried) without having any other monitor attached, so the windows login screens are not actually displayed.

This could happen if you have set up an UltraMon display profile which gets applied automatically after login.
To prevent a profile from getting applied automatically, go to Start Menu > Programs > Startup and delete any shortcuts to display profiles listed there.
