I had the following hotkeys assigned in ultramon 3.0:
Move window to next monitor: CTRL + ALT + RIGHT Move window to previous monitor: CTRL + ALT + LEFT Maximize Window: CTRL + ALT + UP Center Mouse on Primary Monitor: CTRL + ALT + DOWN
I upgraded to 3.0.2 and a few days later, the hotkeys stopped working for some reason. I went into ultramon to reassign them, but it will not allow me to setup CTRL + ALT + RIGHT or LEFT or UP or DOWN for some reason. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and fiddling with the registry keys, but have not been able to reassign those specific hotkeys. Please help, thank you!

Do you get an error that the key combination is already in use? If yes, some other application has registered those hotkeys.

Do you know how I can find out what program it is assigned to? Thanks.

I'm not aware of a way to do this.
What you could do: close UltraMon to make sure the hotkeys are not registered by UltraMon, then press the hotkey and see what happens.
