Forums -> UltraMon™ -> Taskbar on 2nd monitor hides after Warcraft

Hi, both my monitors have different resolutions, my 2nd being the bigger one.

When I play Warcraft, it screws up the resolution and taskbar on my 2nd monitor. The taskbar seems to stretch to the first monitor as there is a big blank bar on the right side of the taskbar on the 2nd monitor--but it doesn't affect my first monitor. That's OK because I can't do anything on the 2nd monitor while Warcraft is open.

However, once I exit War3, the taskbar is still screwed up on the 2nd monitor. I've tried things like "Restoring original display settings" and disabling the 2nd monitor when War3 is open but that doesn't work either. It's frustrating having to reposition the 2nd taskbar everytime I play War3.

Which version of UltraMon and Windows are you using?

Here is a picture after I exit War3. Notice the huge blank bar in the taskbar on the right side of my 2nd monitor.

I have now tested on XP with 3.0.2, but haven't been able to reproduce this issue, the taskbar's position always gets updated correctly when the game changes the display resolution.

How do you reposition the UltraMon taskbar when the problem occurs?

Right click on the 2nd taskbar and then click on the bottom position or wherever you want it.

Let me know if you find out anything else, for example it only happens if another application is running as well.
