To Reproduce:
- Open 3 copies of Internet Explorer
- Put one on each window and maximize them all
- Disable secondary monitors
- Enable secondary monitors
- Take a screenshot
Then repeat
It doesn't happen everytime but it didn't take very long to get a screenshot for the bug on each screen

Does the UltraMon button get positioned correctly again when you move or resize the window?

Generally I just hit the Restore button
Followed by the Maximize button again
And yes the UltraMon buttons do seams to get positioned correctly

I'll look into this for the next release, seems to be some sort of timing issue, I've also seen issues with button positioning with other applications occasionally.
