1. When I change monitors position (in Video settings) and then restore icons positions, I get the confusion... Could be the icon positions automatically updated (with popup) as the backgrounds when mon. position changes.
2. When I disable sec. monitors, the icons and quicklaunch toolbar (and other created windows toolbars) from disabled monitors skip to my primary mon. Better solution is avoid displaying these toolbars and icons from sec. mon. to my prim mon. after disabling.
