Hi,
FactSet Marquee operates in a multi-window environment with the ability to float any of the windows outside the application container.
We had several clients experiencing issues with greyed out tool-bar icons, unable to close windows etc. Could Marquee be automatically added to the exclusion list please?

Did disabling menu commands or window buttons for your application fix the problem?
If no, it's most likely a general compatibility issue with the types of hooks UltraMon uses. There is no fix for this as the hooks can't be disabled completely without disabling most UltraMon features.
3.0 Beta 2 will handle hooking differently, I would recommend testing again with the new release when available (later this year). Several compatibility issues have already been confirmed as fixed during internal testing.
