Everytime I reboot my system my taskbar on the 2nd monitor is not level with the one on the main monitor.

All I have to do is turn Smart Taskbar off then back on and it fixes it. It's getting sort of annoying as I reboot frequently and I was just wondering if it could be solved. It worked fine when I was running XP Pro Sp2 but I've since switched to XP Win Media Center Edition and now it's buggy.
