I have two NVS 440 PCI-E and two NVS 400 PCI cards and 16 Acer 20" LCD Monitors, When I start WinXP the Cards Drivers report working normally but only 8 monitors show up in UltraMon Display Settings of wich 6 are from the 440 and two from the 400 (Also two of them say Windows XP Please Wait).
Can Someone advise?

Do you also see only 8 monitors in Display Properties?
Are there any error messages related to the video cards in Device Manager?

Under Device Manager the cards have no errors, In the Diplay Settings window there are only 8 displays 6 large and two small. The drop down menu shows 8 options two "default monitor on Quadro NVS" and six "Acer AL2017 on Quadro NVS 440"
It seems at though the cards are not compatable, The manufacturer PNY seems to think it should work. They say the only problem is that the NVS 400 is not supported by Vista and so that is why I am using XP Pro.

Oh, And All the Monitors are the same. So it should say Acer on Quadro 400 (Almost as if the driver is wrong and the 400 is not recognising the Acer monitors as being there?

I'm not sure what would cause this, probably a driver issue/limitation, but it's probably not related to UltraMon.
One thing you could try though: go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs, select UltraMon from the list, click on Change, then deselect the mirroring feature. You'll need to reboot the system for the change to take effect.
Some video card driver versions have problems with a driver used by UltraMon's mirroring feature.
