I have just bought a logitech MX mouse and want to use the DocFlip wheel to switch the currently active window between monitors. I was looking into shortcuts but could quite work it out.
Any ideas?

Have you updated your MX SetPoint software with uberOptions?
If not its available here:
http://www.mstarmetro.net/~rlowens/uberOptions/
this should allow for what you are trying to do

Can the Logitech software execute hotkeys?
If yes, you could set up a Move Window hotkey in UltraMon, then configure the Logitech software to execute that hotkey.
