Does anyone know if you can run an ultramon shortcut with administrator previleges? The option seems to be blanked. Thanks.

This doesn't seem to work, UltraMon setup installs a special type of shortcut under Start Menu > Programs.
What you could do is create a regular shortcut to UltraMon.exe, you should then be able to configure the shortcut to run as admin. UltraMon.exe is usually installed in C:\Program Files\UltraMon.
What kind of issues do you experience when running UltraMon as a regular user? In general UltraMon should not need to run as admin.

If UltraMon is running as normal user, the shortcut keys (such as moving to another monitor) will not work in those programs running as administrators.

This will no longer be necessary with 3.0 Beta 2, hotkeys and window buttons will also work with elevated applications.
