I have figured out how to set an application such as Firefox to open to a specific window. What I cant figure out is how to make any popup window that was created by an application open into the same window. Any help would be appreciated.

UltraMon currently doesn't support this, this feature will be considered for UltraMon 3.

How do you get specific program id est firefox to open on a predesignated screen, it really frustrating due to the fact my workstation is currently running 6 monitors...

To set this up, right-click the application's shortcut, select Properties from the menu, then configure the settings on the UltraMon - Window tab as desired.
Please note that this may not work with all applications, and with Firefox, UltraMon can only position the first instance.
