How about adding a third dimension to UltraMon and adding commands to manipulate the z-order to the Window Menu?
Commands like Send To Back, Bring To Front, Stay On Top.
(Maybe Back One, Forward One ?)

I have an additional suggestion. What about a minimize to system tray button on the title bar. That would make UltraMon even more useful than it already is!
