Description of problem:
The Visual Studio window has two taskbar entries instead of one. One has no text, just an icon, the other is normal.
When I move the window to the secondary screen, the correct taskbar entry moves to the secondary taskbar, but the blank taskbar entry remains on the primary taskbar.
The blank entry does not appear if I start Visual Studio when UltraMon in not running. Furthermore, if I start UltraMon after opening Visual Studio is running, the problem still does not occur.
However, while UltraMon is running, the problem occurs every time I open Visual Studio, and the blank entry does not go away even after I close UltraMon.
