This works fine with the first 3.0 beta, just make sure you are using a recent version of True Launch Bar.

I don't think you're undrestanding what I want it to do.
You see how I have the quick launch ABOVE the taskbar? I want it like that so I can easily move between programs with my mouse as opposed to using a set of keys on the keyboard.
I'm guessing that this just isn't possible.
The way it is now, with beta 3 and TLB 4.2, if you have TLB on, it takes up the entire task bar and there is just ONE little icon for any open program on the secondary monitor.

Just change the UltraMon taskbar's height, you can then put the True Launch Bar on one row and have the task buttons on the other row.
If you have the taskbar locked, see this thread for information on resizing the UltraMon taskbar.
