Hi, i searched the forums and didn't noticed any post about this particular issue, i found that whenever i Run my WinTV application from hauppage or winamp, they create a window (hrm, it's called something else in the right programming language, heh) that is supossed to be hidden (ie. not appearing in the taskbar) and they bot appear, so i have 2 Hauppage icons in taskbar, and i see a winamp icon that shouldn't be there as i am running winamp in sys tray only. This all happens under Windows XP...
BTW, Can anyone help me out putting the hauppage wintv on the secondary monitor? i'm not able to move it there, the window moves, but the actual video window always stays on the primary monitor.
And for some weird reason i can't adjust the settings on the secondary monitor, it doesn't have any physical image control, so i needed software to adjust, but powerstrip doesn't show the controls... !??!
Cheers, nice software! :)

Make sure you have installed the first Smart Taskbar update (see the forum for details). I have tested with Winamp in system tray only, seems to work fine.
To check if you already have update 1, go to your UltraMon installation directory, usually C:\Program Files\UltraMon, right-click UltraMon.exe and choose Properties from the menu. If the Modified date isn't September 16 or 17, you haven't installed update 1.

09/17/2001 03:06 73.216 UltraMon.exe
It's the latest... Also, if i have the the smart taskbar enabled sometimes windows crashes, actually freezes, no blue screen or anything.

I have this issue. Winamp 2.91, UltraMon 3.0 Beta 1. Winamp set to "system tray only" works for current session but if I restart winamp, I get the taskbar button.

This is probably a new issue in 3.0 Beta 1, there are similar issues with other applications which minimize to the system tray. Should be fixed in the next release.
