When I use VS 2005 to run a web project, IE opens up. Can UltraMon get VS to open IE in the secondary monitor automatically..how?

Currently that's not supported, UltraMon can only position applications during launch.
I'm going to look into this for UltraMon 3.
ZMover might be able to do this.

when I develop with studio the browser opens in whetever window it was last closed in, so try opening ie, move it to the monitor you want, then close it, the try and launch your web app
works for me.
