Hi, i am running Vista 32 bit. During most full screen activities, the glass effect turns off. Usually my smart taskbar on the second monitor will go back to glass at the same time as the regular taskbar. This is not the case when exiting a full screen game. The taskbar will remain solid black unless ultramon is restarted.
