A quick suggestion:
One of my pet peeves with AOl IM is that it always seems to pop up its instant message boxes part-way on my primary and part-way on my secondary.
I absolutely love the hotkey capability of multimon to switch a window to a specific monitor.
If I use that capability on a window that's half-way between the screens, though, it acts like this: If you hotkey the window to the secondary, it leaves the window where it is, split between the screens. If you hotkey the window to the primary, it puts it on the primary, but with the same amount hanging off the left side of the screen that was formerly on the primary.
It would be nice if there was a "force on screen" capability that would force a window to go entirely to one screen or the other.
I'd suggest implementing this as follows: If a window is hotkeyed to either the primary or secondary, and it's already partially contained within that screen, simply force it completely onto that screen.

Never tried this before, so I haven't noticed how annoying it is... I'll fix this in the next release.
