I have been able to get WMP to autostart on the second screen but I do not know how to automatically get it to go into Full Screen Mode (ALT+Enter).
I assume there is a switch or batch file I need. Any help is much appreciated.

Do you pass a video file to WMP on the command line?
If yes, it might be possible to send F11 or ALT+ENTER to WMP from a script to switch it to fullscreen mode.

No script was used. I just put the windows shortcut for the video file in Startup. Do you have a script I could run?
