How it is possible to autostart internet explorer on the second screen in fullscreen modus?
Internet Explorer starts up in fullscreen mode using the -k parameter.
But how do start it up on the second screen?

Start IE without parameters.
Restore it so that it is not maximize, drag it to the desired monitor, maximize, then close.
From then on IE started with any parameters will launch on that monitor.
The same process sets the default monitor for any proram.

You could also launch it with -k, and use UltraMon to move it to the other monitor.
