By default, mirroring will set both monitors to the same resolution, this will give you the best performance.
You can change the default resolution setting for each monitor under mirror settings (UltraMon menu > Mirroring > Settings).
The included help has information on some features, but not on mirroring. You can access it via UltraMon menu > Help.
