My second monitor is set to a lower resolution (intentional) and I find it annoying that any window or mouse transfer from 1 to 2 clips in the lower part - I can't move the mouse over if its positioned too low, and any window shunted over by dragging has then to be either resized or moved up.
Can't MultiMod allow for this and resize on the fly?

Moving the window via UltraMon will do this, for example by clicking on the Move Window button added to the window's title bar.
If that doesn't work, check if the resize mode option under Options > General is set to proportional.
