I am having a problem that each time I reboot my machine drops the second desktop and mirrors the first desktop on the second.
This causes me to have to extend to the second display and then move all the toolbars to the second monitor which get moved back to the first when it loses the second. Very, very painful.
Suggestions on what might cause this ?
It happens on every reboot of the machine.

Unfortunately I don't know what causes this, but as a workaround you could set up an UltraMon display profile which gets applied automatically after logging in.
To create a new display profile, right-click the UltraMon icon in the system tray and select Display Profiles > New Display Profile from the menu.
