Currently that's not supported, will be in UltraMon 3.

I just recently downloaded the 3.0 Beta release, but I didn't find a date/time option for the ultrmon task bar. Is this yet to come in the actual release of 3.0, or was it deferred?
If it is to be in the full 3.0 release, what is that date for that?

I'm not sure yet, it won't make it into Beta 2 though.
The final 3.0 release should be ready some time next year.
