I got the following error message everytime my computer starts.
Error Deleting File or Folder
Cannot delete desktop: Access is denied
Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.

That's most likely not related to UltraMon, to verify this, check if you still have the problem after uninstalling UltraMon.
I'm not sure what would cause this, sounds like some application is trying to delete a folder it doesn't have access to.
