Hi
I have the following requirement:
User A must have a simple mirroring: clone Monitor 1 on Monitor 2
User B must have an extended Desktop with Monitor 1 and Monitor 2.
This settings must be applied autoamtically up on login, fast user switching isn't a requirement.
How can I do this with UltraMon?

If the default for the system is extended desktop, you wouldn't need to make any changes for user B, and for user A, go to UltraMon menu > Mirroring > Settings > Options and check 'start mirroring automatically'.
Please note that mirroring will then be done in software by UltraMon, and not using the video card's clone mode.

Thanks for the answer. I got it working. Great!
One (hopefully) little problem remains: User B now gets a mirroring monitor window on the second screen. After closing the window it pops up again at screen 1 if I change some UltraMon options. How can I get rid of this window?

Is this a small window which shows the contents of one of the monitors?
