Is there a way to remove it from the system tray for even administrator accounts? i like to keep mine clean and i dont like that icon in there, however i like to keep the program running.

Currently that's not supported, will be considered as an option for UltraMon 3.
If you are using Windows XP or later, you could hide the icon via Control Panel > Taskbar and Start Menu > Notification area > Customize.
