I have been having some problems with things on my computer lately, and luckily I have fixed most of them by getting a power supply with more stable power. I always thought my computer had Alzheimer’s, but the fact was the RAM wasn't getting enough power to remember everything.
After the fix, one problem still remains, and I have a feeling it has something to do with Ultramon. Sometimes when I open a program, be it the calculator or just My Computer, the window will not show. I can see the button on the task bar stating the program is open, but I see it nowhere. If I bring up its menu off the taskbar and select the button to move the window to the other monitor, the program opens up on the primary monitor.
Also, sometimes Windows open where all you can see is about an inch of the top bar showing the name of the window. You have to resize it to see the rest. This also happens only sometimes.
Most of the time neither of these things occur. It is more annoying then anything.

This could happen if the monitor the application was on the last time has been disabled or moved to a different position.
Some applications will then open offscreen, and will need to be moved back to the desktop manually.

I have not changed any of my settings, all my monitors stay in the same position and I don't disable them.

Unfortunately I don't know what else might cause this, my guess would be that this isn't related to UltraMon.
To verify this, check if you still have the problem without UltraMon running or installed.

Yes! As soon as I turned off Ultramon My Computer started remembering its size correctly, as with other windows and programs. I will try to un\reinstall the program.

That didn't work. I can close a window, then open it right after and it opens small or missing.

And this still only happens if UltraMon is running? As soon as you close UltraMon, the problem goes away?

Yes, I have had no issues with it off. It could be my computer is allergic to your program though.
Also if I use the save icon position feature, then click restore icons they all move from where I saved them.
It is a great program otherwise.

Unfortunately I don't know what would cause this. Let me know if you find out anything else, for example it only happens if some other application is running as well.
