I thought it was able to set a specific program to open on a specific monitor through UltraMon but I can't find that feature. Does it actually exist? For instance, I would like all Remote Desktops to open on my secondary monitor automatically so I don't have to move them.

To do this, create a shortcut to the .rdp file you want to use, right-click the shortcut and select Properties from the menu, then select the UltraMon - Window tab and set Show to Last Used Position.
When lauching the session via the shortcut, UltraMon will save the position when the session closes, and will restore it the next time you launch the shortcut.
Please note that only the Last Used Position option will work with .rdp files, with the other options the connect dialog will get moved instead of the main window.

This works great!
Last used position works, but selecting the monitor to lauch rdp on does not. Strange?
Great app!

The two options are implemented differently, sometimes Last Used Position will work but not the other option, or vice versa.

This doesn't work for me... I tried it with UltraMon 2.7.1 and 3.0 I can't get remote desktop to open on my 2nd monitor. The connection dialog does, but then the window always opens on my primary monitor no matter what I do. I am on Windows XP Pro w/ SP2. Is there anything else I can try? Thanks!

With the Last Used Position option selected, did you launch the remote session, then move it to the other monitor and close it there?
