Is it possible to use ultramon to hav an application run in a different resolution and have the resolution revert back to the native or default resolution when you minimize the application? (Not close it)? I usually run three applications at once, and one runs best in 800X600. I prefer the others in the screens native resolution of 1600X1200.

That's not supported, also can't be done with a custom script.
You would need to close the application to get the original display settings restored, or switch between display profiles manually.
