One of my monitors is an LCD with a stand that allows me to rotate it 90 degrees. I would like to be able to switch the orientation of the display when I do this so that the new resolution is 1024x1280 instead of 1280x1024, and the contents of the monitor are rotated accordingly. Can this be done?

UltraMon can't do this, you would need to rotate the display via the video driver software if supported, or with third-party software such as Pivot Pro.
