I have a Nvidia Geforce Fx 5500. I just set up my 2 monitors today, every thing works fine except for 1 problem. The problem is when I open a folder or application on my second monitor; it opens up on the primary (1st) monitor. Is there any way to get application, folder to open up on the monitor that I want it to open in, or do I just have to live with it?

You could use Nvidia's nView Desktop Manager or UltraMon for application positioning, but please note that not all applications can be positioned correctly.
Most applications also remember their position and will open on the monitor where they were closed the last time.
