Is it possible to create a hotkey which opens a window? I've tried getting a shortcut to My Pictures, but haven't had any success.

To do this, go to UltraMon Options > Hotkeys, create a new 'Run application or script' hotkey, then paste the following into the application field:
%WINDIR%\explorer.exe "C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\My Documents\My Pictures"
<username> needs to be replaced with the name you use to log in to your system.

To do this, right-click the application's shortcut, select Properties from the menu, then configure the settings on the UltraMon - Window tab as desired.
Please note that this may not work with all applications.
