Dunno if this is covered somewhere else and I missed it, but if I run Nview and Ultramon at the same time, after a while I seem to have some serious issues which cause some random running program, usually firefox or my torrent client to max cpu and even after I shut down the task, a different proccess will spike and the system will become non-responsive to the point I have to hard reset.
However, input devices are still responsive, so it's not a hard-lock.
I've tried using the most up-to-date forceware drivers, and some from a few months ago, same result regardless.
Anyway, I've opted just to use ultramon with nview disabled, and havn't had any problems.. It would be nice to use them both though, as they have some features the other doesn't.
Thanks, Javan.

Did you notice if it's related to any specific nView feature being enabled, for example it only happens if nView window buttons are enabled?

Havn't noticed, it's erratic to test, but I'll figure it out and let you know.
Thanks, Javan.

Hi Javan, I used to have the same problem (this was before I started using UltraMon), and it's an nView problem. To fix it, disable nView desktop manager for the applications that it starts to do it in. You can either do this in nView properties or from one of the menus nView adds to the applications.
