I reformatted my hard drive, and all my registration information for unlocking my ultramon software went away with the re-formatting. I can re-send all the personal information used to make the purchase, and I wondered if I could get the unlock code emailed to me. I neglected to print a copy of the invoice with the order number on it. (sorry!)
