I want to set up ultramon to exactly duplicate two monitors, both with start buttons, system tray, etc. but I cant see how. I did manage to achieve it once but when I rebooted it was back to standard and I cant find how I did it.
The problem is that monitor two is in a different room, connected through the wall. User of monitor two cant see monitor one and so has no way of accessing the start button (even if he uses the Windows key it opens the program folder on monitor one, so he cant select the program he wants)

You can do this with UltraMon mirroring, or the clone mode of your video card (if both monitors are connected to the same video card).

To configure UltraMon mirroring, right-click the UltraMon icon in the system tray and select Mirroring > Settings from the menu.

If you just need to be able to see the contents of the other monitor, you could also use Mirroring > Monitor Preview to show the contents of the other monitor in a small window.
