Sometimes after I reboot my computer, or close a program. my monitors will blink real quick then all my icons from my left monitor(secondary) will go to my right one (primary). I have tried resetting them then using the 'save positions' but that doesn't do anything. Anyone else having this issue?

I'm not sure what would cause this, one thing you could try is disabling automatic icon positioning and save/restore icon positions manually.
To do this, go to UltraMon Options > General and uncheck 'preserve position of desktop icons'.
Then position the icons as desired, and save icon positions via the UltraMon menu.
The next time you have the problem, Restore Position should restore the icons to the saved position.

I turn off automatic positioning.
I then save icon positions and immediately restore icon positions and ICONS ARE MOVED ABOUT!!!
This happens BOTH in release 2.7.x and 3.0.2 (beta 2.1)
This is driving me nuts!!!
