I've just installed UltraMon on my new Acer Aspire 5670 laptop, and whenever I have Windows Explorer open on my secondary monitor, when I try to close it, it first moves to my primary monitor, then hangs (have to kill it with Task Manager). So far there doesn't seem to be a problem when I disable the title bar buttons. I was unable to reproduce this on my old machine. New machine specs:
Intel Core Duo 1.66GHz processor
ATI X1400 Radeon mobile
1 GB RAM
15.4" WXGA laptop display (1280x800) with 1280x1024 19" LCD connected through DVI port.

I have managed to reproduce the problem without UltraMon running, so I no longer believe it's an UltraMon issue--my mistake.

I also haven't seen this myself so far, let me know if you find out anything else.
