Is it possible with Ultramon to rotate one monitor to a portrait display?

UltraMon can't do this, you would need to rotate the monitor through your pivot software or the display driver software.

WHat kind of video card do you have? The nvidia display driver supports it. You'd simply have to go to display properties->advanced->card name tab-> nvrotate. It would then rotate whatever monitor you had selected when you were in display properties.
I think ATI based cards also support this, most likely in the same spot, but it won't be called nvrotate.
